Client Reviews
From homeowners across Kuala Lumpur
"I booked the Home Electrical Assessment before committing to a purchase in Kepong. The written summary they delivered afterward covered everything clearly — findings by room, observations about the panel, a few things to watch. It made the conversation with the seller much easier to navigate."
Tan Kim Hock
Kepong, KL · March 2025
"We had several imported pendant lights to install in the dining area and were told by two other contractors they wouldn't work with client-supplied items. Clarion Mesk handled it without any issue. They reviewed the specifications in advance and arrived prepared. Tidy work, and nothing left to clean up."
Sharifah Rohana
Titiwangsa, KL · February 2025
"The technician serviced our distribution board — which still had the original labels from the 1990s. The panel now has clear printed labels for every circuit, and we received a written service record the same day. It feels like we finally understand what's in our own fusebox."
Chong Li Yun
Sentul, KL · March 2025
"I was a little concerned about the cost of the distribution board service at first, but the technician walked me through each finding calmly and without any pressure to add extras. The one part I did agree to replace was explained clearly, and it was quoted separately before anyone touched anything."
Rajinder Nair
Brickfields, KL · January 2025
"The assessment visit took just under two hours and covered the whole house systematically. The technician noted a few older sockets that he described as worth monitoring, without suggesting they needed replacing immediately. I appreciated the straightforwardness — it was advice, not a sales pitch."
Nur Hidayah
Chow Kit, KL · April 2025
"We had twelve ceiling lights replaced across two floors. The work was handled tidily, and the technician protected the floors properly throughout. He also noticed that one existing socket near the kitchen was not grounded correctly and flagged it as an observation — it wasn't in the original scope but I'm glad he mentioned it."

Detailed client engagements
Challenge
A homeowner in Sentul was preparing to sell a terrace house built in 1985. The property agent had advised that buyers often ask questions about electrical condition that the vendor is unable to answer confidently. There was no existing documentation of any kind.
Solution
A Home Electrical Assessment was conducted covering the full property — main panel, all circuits, outlets across both floors, and external lighting. The written summary organized findings by area and noted the distribution board as a candidate for a future service, with an explanation of why.
Outcome
The vendor was able to share the written summary with prospective buyers during negotiations, which shortened the due diligence process. The property sold within six weeks of listing. The vendor subsequently commissioned a board service for her new residence.
Duration: 1 visit · Assessment + Follow-up board service
Challenge
A family in Titiwangsa had renovated their apartment and purchased a set of designer pendant lights from a European supplier. Two local electricians had declined the work, citing unfamiliarity with the fitting type and concerns about the non-standard mounting hardware.
Solution
The product specifications were shared in advance, allowing the technician to review the installation requirements and prepare the appropriate hardware. Placement was confirmed with the client before any work began. Installation proceeded across a half-day engagement with protective sheeting throughout.
Outcome
All five pendants installed correctly and tested operationally. The client noted that the technician had also identified a loose junction box connection behind one fitting during installation, which was corrected without additional charge as it was encountered during the work.

Challenge
A couple in Kepong was experiencing occasional circuit trips in the kitchen area. The distribution board had never been serviced since the property was built in the 1990s. Circuit labels were a mix of handwriting and blank tape, and the owners were uncertain which breakers corresponded to which parts of the house.
Solution
A Distribution Board Service was conducted over approximately three and a half hours. Protective devices were tested systematically, connections examined, and one aging RCCB identified as requiring replacement — this was quoted separately, approved by the owners, and replaced during the same visit. New printed labels were applied to every circuit.
Outcome
No circuit trips in the four months following the service. The owners now have an accurate panel they can read and reference. The written service record documents the RCCB replacement with part details, useful for any future service work on the board.
Duration: 3.5 hours · Distribution Board Service
