How far in advance should I book a visit?
Most bookings are arranged 2–5 working days in advance. For distribution board servicing, a slightly longer lead time is appreciated to ensure the correct tools and parts are prepared for your specific panel type.
Are client-supplied light fittings accepted for installation?
Yes. We regularly install client-supplied items, including contemporary designer pieces and imported fittings. Please share the product specifications or installation manual in advance where possible so the visit can be planned with appropriate preparation.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is accepted via bank transfer (IBG/DuitNow), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and cash. An invoice is provided for every completed service engagement. Payment is due upon completion of the visit.
Is the Home Electrical Assessment useful if I'm buying a property?
Many clients commission assessments prior to property purchase or renovation. The written summary produced during the visit provides an organized record of the electrical condition that can inform decision-making or negotiation.
How is the distribution board service priced?
The base price of RM 3,195 covers a standard residential panel service including testing, connection review, and updated labeling. Any parts replacement required is discussed with you in advance and quoted separately before any work proceeds.
