If anything outside the originally booked scope is noted, it is brought to your attention as an observation, not a sales recommendation. You decide whether to address it during the current visit, book a separate engagement, or simply keep it on record.
All work is concluded with operational testing. The written summary is prepared and delivered following the visit — organized clearly for future reference.
